Q. When are you open?
A. Online ordering 24hrs a day 7 days a week. If you would like to visit our shop we are open Monday-Saturday 10am-5.30pm. Outside of these hours contact us to arrange an appointment.
Q. How much is delivery?
A. Delivery is FREE to all UK mainland addresses, for all other areas please contact us before placing your order.
Q. I cannot find the item I want?
A. Please contact us on 01442 260004. If we do not stock the item you require we can place a ‘special order’ subject to terms and conditions.
Q. Is it secure to order on line?
A. Yes. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. We do not hold sensitive information on our site. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site, nor any email. Fretz use paypal for all online transactions.
Q. What happens if the item I want is not in stock?
A. If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time (i.e. 7-14 days). If you wish to cancel your order we will refund your money in full.

Q. What payment cards do you accept?
A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, Switch, American Express Paypal

A. Delivery is Free to all UK mainland addresses, for all other areas please contact us before placing your order.
Q. When do I receive my goods?
A. All items will normally be dispatched within 2 working days. For any further information please contact us.
Q. Who will be delivering my goods?
A. Large items are delivered by UPS, you can track your order by using your delivery number at www.ups.com
Q. What happens if my goods do not turn up or been damaged in transit?
A. Please telephone 01442 260004 or email immediately so we can look at the situation immediately.
Q. Do you buy second hand items?
A. Yes, depending on what it is and we would need to see the item so that we may give you a quote.
Q. Do you offer credit facilities?
A. Not at present.
Q. Do I get charged for using my credit card?
A. No there are no credit card charges.
