We at Fretz Music Store will aim to keep our prices up to date but we reserve the right to make changes without prior notification.
The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT.
Fretz will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate. Prices are accurate at time of going to press. However, they may be subject to change without notice due to similar conditions passed onto us by our suppliers.
We accept credit card and debit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Switch cards. You may send your credit card information via phone, email or mail.
Credit Card Security
Your personal information is stored on our servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

Out of Stock and Back Orders
If the item you require is not available for shipping within 2 days the item will be placed on back order and you will be advised on an estimated time of arrival. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
On Line Terms and conditions
Any e-mail, order confirmation, or other electronic acknowledgment by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Fretz of your order. Acceptance of your order, and the completion of the contract between you and Fretz/Drumzone, will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you place your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your contract you must notify us in writing, quoting your name and order reference.

We hope you will be happy with any product purchased from our website, but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any stock item may be returned for any reason within seven working days from the date of delivery so long as it remains ‘as new’ i.e. in its original packing and in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item but not the delivery to the purchaser. Please note that, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items, which have been opened and used.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If you have received the goods after you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to us at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must send the goods back to us as soon as possible without unpacking them. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if
a) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered or the product has been discontinued
b) We do not deliver to your area or country
c) Any of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Returns and refunds
Under current Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 working days from the date you receive the product to return your order for a refund if you're not happy with it. We will require you to pay the delivery costs back to us and you will need to contact us first to arrange for a returns number and address. The item will also need to be returned in all the original packaging.
All brand new items carry a minimum of a full 12 month manufacturers return to base warranty. The warranty on second hand goods varies dependent on the product.
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, and is not due to mis-use or other reason excluded from the normal warranty, we will exchange it for a new item.
After the 30 day period, we will arrange a suitable repair of the item.
All warranty returns must be authorised in advance by calling 01442 260004. If we decide that your item needs to be returned to us, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. This number must be displayed clearly on the outside of any returns sent to us. If you are unsure about a warranty or return please contact our dedicated team and we will be happy to help.
You have the right to return goods purchased from this website within 7 days starting from the date of delivery. The goods being returned must be in 'as new' condition. We reserve the right to make a charge for delivery costs incurred, and also the right to charge a minimum fee of 15% in cases where the goods are not returned to us in 'as new' condition.
'As new' means there are no traces that the packaging has been opened and all supplied contents are present and in perfect condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns of CD's, DVD's, Software or printed music, unless found to be faulty in which case a replacement product of the same title will be supplied.
Special Order Items & Deposits
If you wish to order a non-stock item, you will be required to pay a minimum 10% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon despatch of the item to you. Should you wish to cancel the order of a special order item for any reason before it arrives to you, your deposit will not be returned.
Occasionally products can be damaged in transit. We will replace or repair any items that are damaged in transit, however, please report the damage to us by email or phone within two working days of receiving the delivery.

A working day is referred as Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Express delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days accordingly.
Collect From Store
If you would rather come and collect your item in person please select the 'Collect from Store' option during the checkout process (no delivery charge will be added). As with a normal order you will be asked to supply card details. These will simply be used to reserve your items for 7 days; no money will actually be taken until you come to the store to collect and pay for your item.
Similarly, you will also be asked to provide delivery details, simply in case you later request us to deliver your order, if you are unable to collect. When collecting your order simply print out the confirmation form and present it to a member of staff, who will then locate your item from our stock. Please note: For all orders outside mainland UK the cost of delivery will be listed as 'To Be Confirmed' (TBC). We will then shop around to find you the best delivery price available.
You will be contacted regarding delivery costs shortly after placing your order and no payment will be taken until we receive confirmation that you are entirely satisfied with your order and the delivery charge. The eventual cost of delivery and the quoted price will include insurance.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery details so you can keep track of your goods.
We at Fretz Music aim to review our content and so we’re happy for you to rely on the statements on this Website about your goods, you shouldn’t rely on any other statements or descriptions of the goods. This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
